Access all Customer and Ship To record functions from one straight forward menu. OETS-M allows you to track Active, In-Active, Contacts and Prospects from one powerful screen with search, mail merge and export capabilities.
At the
bottom of the Main Menu are “On Screen Reminders” used to keep the CSR’s
aware of changing action requirements. They would simply click on the
Customer or Shipments reminder to be presented with the action required
- Place a follow up call a or process a Scheduled or Back Ordered Shipment.
