Follow Up reminders on Main Menu keep you abreast of ALL current Follow Up requirements. Simply click on the “Reminder Count” to be presented with the filtered information in easy to use UpDate & Action screens.

• Contact Management Follow Up will allow your sales staff to monitor and follow up on Customers and Prospects with very little effort.
• Quote Follow Up tracking allows you to enter a Follow Up date for each Quote. Regardless of quote status, be reminded when the FU date comes due.
  
• Open Orders is a complete overview of every Active order in the system.
• Reorder Follow Up provides you with the ability to track the reorder point of all orders. O.E.T.S. will automatically kill a reorder date for repeated orders and post the revised Follow Up date on the new Order.
• Scheduled Shipment Tracking will enable customer service to track shipments scheduled for future ship dates based on: back orders, route planning and contract delivery schedules.
