Quote Tracking
Quote Follow Up - A quote
follow up will make sure you get the most for your quote efforts. When
you
inquire using OETS-D the quote status with the client, you are ready to
take the next step instantly. To reset
the date to a future date, simply select the date.
You can
set the system to follow up on an Active or Inactive quote “any” time
in the future. When the
Follow Up date comes due you will be reminded on the Main Menu and you
can -
- Press one button and send a new Proposal to the client
- Press one button and submit the old quote to the plant for re-quote
- Press one button and create a brand new
quote based on the prior quotes information.
