Complete
invoice information provided by OETS generates complete invoices in
QuickBooks. Industry Standard
units of measure are used (Per M, Per C, Each and Lot). Form Number, Product
ID, Starting - Ending Numbers and Invoice Notes all transfer to invoice
if present.
Combined Order
Billing - The Combined Order capability in OETS allows you to put
multiple orders on one invoice. Easy overview and edit capability of orders
in the Group. The Group will only move to invoice when all jobs in the
Group are complete. Multiple common "Additional Charges" such
as Freight are totaled for a single Freight Charge listing.
Changes to
client information is automatically updated in QuickBooks
